I don't know what more to do other than let your fingers do the walking on the Internet.
There is a tapping technique you can apply in the meantime to help you with your depression/anxiety. Depression is no joke. I had it for two years after the birth of my second child. You tube has a video on it. Also try tapping.com.
My heart goes out to you and your family. Have you tried applying for food and medical benefits at your local department of social services? You can apply online too. Save the control id#. Google your state for an online application for public assistance.

My heart goes out to you, honey. I know what it feels like to live each day without my children. I have 5 but only 4 live with me due to a really ugly custody battle due to my joblessness and homelessness. Get someone to help you on the computer and research charities that sponsor foreign families to the United States. I think Catholic Charities is one but not quite sure.

My heart goes out to you and your children. You can seek assistance for your rent (eviction) and medical insurance (if you don't already have coverage) through your local department of social services. You pay local state tax, why not cash in? You can use a little help. You can apply online. Google your state online public assistance website. Keep going to the court dates, the landlord/property management company may work a deal with you. It only angers them (and other creditors) more when you don't respond or reach out to them. They don't have to know your whole life's story, just that you are out on surgery, having a little trouble covering your bills, and if they will work with you.
If you can, get to the library (you can go online and check them out and have someone to pick them up if you can't get out there) and check out self-help books so you don't become depressed or anxious about your current situation. The children need a happy mommy. They feel whatever you feel, k?

My heart goes out to you and your children. Google Habitat for Humanity for your area. They help disadvantaged homeowners realize homeownership. Also, if you live in a rural area, you may qualify for a grant/low-cost mortgage through USDA. When you go on the site, it will prompt you to enter your zipcode to see if it qualifies for the program. Also, google for second-chance mortgage companies. There are still some places out there that help people with less-than-perfect credit.
You may also consider rent with option to buy. Also, google either a family law or other non-profit legal agency in your area to get free legal advice about your dad's home and your rights therein. You are a tenant and are protected under rights. Contact your local courthouse or google your area regarding landlord/tenant rights. Do not confront her, use the leverage of your rights and the law (the courthouse) to fight your battles, k?
If you need more private help, post me 1-on-1, k? God Bless you, Honey!
My heart goes out to you and your children. As far as cleaning up after him, unfortunately honey, just do it until you can get somewhere better. If he is physically abusing you, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!
For family shelters, either go to your local department of social services and ask for a FAMILY shelter. You don't need you and your precious little ones around any drama. Also, google your state for family shelters or transitional housing programs. The transitional housing programs help you find a job, counsel you, provide childcare for your littles, and such, while you look for a job and/or participate in the states temporary cash aid program. The temporary cash aid program requires you to attend their job readiness classes while you are receiving cash benefits to help you and your children.
If you haven't already done so, apply for public housing and a house choice voucher. Once you and your children are placed in a homeless shelter, and if your children are under 1 year of age, you go to the top of the list because you need housing like yesterday!

My heart goes out to you and your three children. Google the poverty index for your family size. If you are making less than that, then you do qualify for the following assistance: medical & dental benefits for you and your children, temporary cash assistance (assuming you are not paid support for your children), and emergency food stamps.
One way I used to make money was to go back to school. If you have run out of your unemployment insurance, take online classes. Because of your situation, you qualify for Pell Grant; the rest you can take out a student loan. When you apply for financial aid, just post me 1-on-1 and I can tell you what to put in there. Your quarterly refund can be anywhere from $800 -$4K (undergradute or graduate).

As far as your debt, keep in constant contact with them. They know it is hard out here. Not contacting them only begets angry and threatening phone calls (which, by the way, are illegal). Freecharitycars.com helps out with the car situation. You may have to do an involuntary repossession (where you turn the car in due to inability to pay because of loss of wages) to help salvage some of your credit. The website helps people, like us, that are down on their luck but need a car.
Salvation Army, Catholic Charities, your home church, etc are other entities that help. Google non-profit/charities and see what you come up with.
As far as income, there are some legit work from home places. The problem is that there are just as many scams! The legit ones ask for no money up front. I know of a few if you want.

My heart goes out to you. The department of social services should be able to help you, even though you work. They work off a spend-off plan, which is usually $6k for a single person. I know how you feel living with your parents. I do to with my 5 children. As far as someone using your debit card: ask the bank to stop payment due to fraud. Usually they replace the money withdrawn. If they don't offer it, ask them. Also, go to this website, http://oneoffer.ourloot2boot.com/index.php?referral=22722, and get your free credit check and score to see what damage, if any, has been done. It's a free 7 day trial, just cancel on day 6 and you won't be charged (I know because I did it).
After you find out what has been done and if you are a victim of identity theft, contact one of the three credit bureaus: Equifax, Transunion, or, I can't remember the last one - but you can google the contact numbers and explain your case and get a FREE password placed on all three accounts (You would have to contact each one separately) so no one can mess with them.
I hope this helps you. If you need more help, post me 1-on-1 ok? God Bless you, honey.
